Please note that our appointment system is already in place. Should you need service, you are required to make a prior appointment through our company website before visiting our office. Upon confirmation, our company will provide the service during your visit. Kindly note that without a confirmed appointment, our company may not be able to accommodate your request. Enhance Vehicle Licence, Renew Licence online with ease
According to the latest guideline from the Transport Department on 30 December 2024, it is no longer necessary to present the "Vehicle Registration Document" when renewing vehicle licences. Applicants can now access application for renewal of vehicle licence by using an "iAM Smart+" account with digital signing function at GovHK, or personally visit the counters of licensing offices of the Transport Department to process the renewal of vehicle licences. Amalgamation
Mitsubishi HC Capital (Hong Kong) Limited and MHC Capital & Finance (Hong Kong) Limited have amalgamated on 1 July 2022. Both companies would continue as one company under the name of Mitsubishi HC Capital (Hong Kong) Limited.

Counter Service New Arrangement
In view of the epidemic situation, counter service for collection and delivery of licence renewal document has been suspended until further notice, please mail the document to our company in advance (except for the registered vehicle owner who needs to sign Vehicle Registration Document at our office). Amalgamation
Mitsubishi HC Capital (Hong Kong) Limited and BOT Lease (Hong Kong) Company Limited have amalgamated on 31 July 2021. Both companies would continue as one company under the name of Mitsubishi HC Capital (Hong Kong) Limited.

Hitachi Capital (Hong Kong) Limited: Company Name Changed
Following the merger of our ultimate parent company Hitachi Capital Corporation and Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited into Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc. on April 1, 2021, our company name has been changed to Mitsubishi HC Capital (Hong Kong) Limited on July 1, 2021.
